Once the content has been compiled, CGC will edit the copy in a clear and concise manner and create a Copy Guidelines document that will serve as a glossary of terms to support the specific copywriting content for your organization. This content will be updated as your language continues to evolve.
Upon completion of the Copy Guidelines, CGC will work alongside your team to develop a comprehensive 12-month strategy outlining your organization’s unique digital voice and providing platform-specific blueprints for achieving the agreed-upon goals.
Once the 12-month communication strategy has been built, CGC will manage daily postings by means of Hootsuite, create digital content that supports your marketing efforts, and develop a system to achieve real-time organizational updates, as well as, managing direct engagement with followers and fans.
Throughout the year, CGC will work with your team to edit and repurpose outdated content, as well as provide reporting to analyze strategies, identify areas of improvement, and suggest new tools, methods, and platforms as they emerge.
